PUBLIC NOTICE – Per City Council approval on April 15, 2024, the following rate increases will be in effect as of the June 1, 2024 utility bills.  The Sewer Surcharge will increase from $6.59 to $8.79 and will be in place until the IEPA loan for sewer plant improvements is paid in full. Water and sewer rates each will increase 20 cents for each 100 cubic feet of usage, per the CPI-W report used statewide.
