Friendly Reminder for folks that are utilizing the online bill pay option to pay their Water Bills:

Water bills are due on the 20^th of each month. If you are opting to pay online, please remember that once payment is initiated, it takes at least 2 full business days for the payment to go through and be applied to your account.

If payment won’t be applied until after the 20^th, the amount being paid should reflect the amount shown on your bill that says due on the 21^st. (It’s right below the regular due date and amount due.)
