The City of Minonk has approved Republic Services® to provide residential trash and recycling collection beginning in November 2021.  All residents must use the provided carts in order to have trash and recyclables picked up.  Weekly pick up will be on Friday with recyclables picked up every other week.  Refer to the informational flyers below for details related to the change.  The brochure even contains a calendar for the next year identifying collection dates.  The City recognizes there will be growing pains with this change, but all the information provided should help with the transition.

UPDATE: The distribution of the trash and recycle carts will be Monday, November 1st through Wednesday November 3rd. Friday November 5th is the first trash pick up.
