The bulk water system has been turned back on.  The public works department believes repairs made for water leaks found causing this system as well as the splash part to be shut down have been resolved.  However, close monitoring of the hours the water plant is running to provide water to the entire city is still a concern. While the bulk water has been turned on, the splash park will remain closed until the water department is sure everything is working as it should.
