Registration for the 2023 Minonk/Wenona/Toluca Summer Ball Program is now open. Click to view/download the registration form below.  Forms are also available at City Hall during regular business hours (8-12, and 1-5).  All parents must complete and sign the participation waiver on the second page of the form.  

Forms and payments are due at close of business Friday, March 10th to Minonk City Hall 670 N Chestnut St.
