If there is one thing we all can enjoy, it is our community parks. They are where our children go to play, our families get together for reunions, our pets come to run and neighbors go to meet. We have several beautiful community parks operated by a volunteer Parks & Recreation Board.
The parks department does a wonderful job taking care of our parks to keep them enjoyable for you. It’s important that we keep our parks clean. If you see someone violating park rules or vandalizing the park, contact the police.
Parks can be reserved for special functions by contacting City Hall at 309-432-2558.
