It is a violation of the Minonk City Code to allow weeds such as jimson, burdock, ragweed, thistle, cocklebur, poison ivy, or other poisonous vine or plants, noxious weeds, or grass exceeding ten inches in height, and European Barberry to grow within the corporate boundaries of the city. All property owners and or tenants are advised they risk violations and fines if property is not maintained when weeds, poisonous vines/plants and grass growth exceeds ten inches in height.
