Due to the increase in local COVID cases, City Hall will be closed to the Public starting Friday, November 20, 2020 through Friday December 4, 2020.  City staff will be in the office working, but will not open the door for entry.  Business can be conducted by telephone at (309) 432-2558. Payments may be placed in the payment drop box located in the parking lot.  City staff will check the box frequently during this time.
