NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Minonk will be held on March 29, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. at the Minonk City Hall, 670 N. Chestnut Street, Minonk Illinois to consider the following application, and to hear any objections to or protests against the granting of same:
The application of JustCore, Inc. for a zoning amendment to rezone to the I-Industrial Zoning District the following parcels of land:
- All of a certain parcel of land assigned parcel identification number (P.I.N) 06-07-201-013
- All that part lying North of the Moran Street right of way of a certain parcel of land assigned parcel identification number (P.I.N) 06-07-204-054.
The above application is open to inspection at City Hall during normal business hours. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the City Clerk prior to the hearing, or delivered to the Planning and Zoning Board in triplicate at such hearing
